Description : Furnish and Install Truncated domes at Park Entrance : Reason : These were not included in the original bid documents , and are an ADA required feature as per the right of way permits , work includes 200 square feet of domes . Description : Revised Boardwalk Bench and Pickets : : Reason : The building permit required this item that was not included in the orginal bid documents . There are 4 benches on the boardwalk , the pickets are required for each to prevent a child from falling off the boardwalk . ADDITION to the Contract Price = $898 . 00 5 . Description : Revised Pavilion elevations : Reason : The change in sidewalk slopes and elevations from that required by the original bid documents required the change in elevation for the pavilions . This cost includes the addition survey and staking work require for the pavilion changes . ADDITION to the Contract Price = $345 . 00 6 . Description : Door and Frame Finish Revisions : Reason : The finish for the stainless steel doors and frames was revised and therefore created a credit for the less expensive finish .
