HISTORIC PRESERVATION GRANT AWARD AGREEMENT
AMENDMENT NUMBER TWO h i

This AMENDMENT to the Agreement dated October 22 , 2001 , hereinafter referred to as the
Agreement, between the State of Florida, Department of State, Division of Historical Resources,
hereinafter referred to as the Department, and the Indian River County Board of County
Commissioners , hereinafter referred to as the Grantee, relative to the Old Fellsmere School Project,
hereinafter referred to as the Project, shall be effective when properly executed by the parties thereto , and
shall be made a part of the original Agreement.
The Grantee has requested revision to the Grant Period ending date as described in the
original
Agreement. The requested revision has been reviewed by the Department and found to be in accordance
with current regulations . The Agreement is amended as follows :
1 . The Grant Period ending date as described in the original Agreement is hereby changed from
March 31 , 2003 to September 30 , 2003 .
All other terms, conditions and provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
This Amendment is entered into and executed on July 1 , 200 3
