AMENDMENT NO . 3 TO THE PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING
SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN EDLUND , DRITENBAS , BINKLEY ARCHITECTS &
ASSOCIATES , P . A . AND INDIAN RIVER COUNTY , FLORIDA .
This is a request for additional services under the existing Architectural and Engineering Services
Agreement (AGREEMENT) dated January 24 , 2006 between Edlund , Dritenbas, Binkley Architects
and Associates , P . A . ( DESIGNER) and Indian River County (COUNTY) . These services are
required under section VII-Additional Work of the Agreement and are as noted in the attached letter
(Exhibit A) . All other sections of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect and are
incorporated herein .
This Amendment No . 3 to the AGREEMENT regardless of where executed , shall be governed by
and construed by the laws of the State of Florida.
In witness whereof the parties have executed this Amendment this 23rd day of
