Reconcile cost of materials purchased directly by the Indian River County BOCC for the Indian River County Jail Expansion per
the attached Direct Purchase Log dated 1/25/08.
Deduct the cost ($52,596.45) of materials purchased directly by the Indian River County BOCC for the Indian River County Jail
Expansion per the attached Direct Purchase Log dated January 25, 2008. Tax savings of $3,155.79 will be placed in the Owner's
Contingency Fund.
Add the cost of $55.892.70 for balances remaining on Direct Purchase Orders for the Indian River County Jail Expansion per the
attached Direct Purchase Log dated January 25, 2008. The taxes of $3,353.56 associated with these credits will be deducted from
the Owner's Contingency Fund.

original Guaranteed Maximum Price was
