Roll up Door in Generator Room

Generator fire door requires electricity to operate during emergency
fire shut down. Change adds conduit to provide power.

Instrumentation Upgrade
$45,546.00
The instrumentations Programmable Logic Controller will be upgraded
to expand memory and provided expanded communications
capabilities which will enhance plant operation and remote monitoring.

Blower Replacement
$23,784.00
Existing 10 year old blower could not produce the required air flow by
upsizing motor and pulleys which would jeopardize safety. New
blower produces required air flow and fits old blower form factor.

Concentrate Valve Replacement
$6,025.00
These existing valves were previously operated by air and were being
changed to electrical operation. The retrofit of the existing valves
presented a compatibility problem which is eliminated by replacing the
aging valves with ones consistent with the rest of the plant.

Credit for Pump Testing

Deductive change order for reimbursement of Engineer for Factory
Witness
Witness Testing as per Section 11214 and 11215 for the membrane
pumps and transfer pumps.
