Dear Tom,
Enclosed please find Budget Amendment # 1 for year ending September 30, 2005 . This
amendment covers the hard costs of $34,480 incurred in mailing questionnaires to property
owners . The questionnaires were necessary to update our records and get forms to the taxpayers
to facilitate state relief for homesteads and sales tax rebates for mobile homes .
