QUITCLAIM DEED
This QUITCLAIM DEED, executed this 3rd day of April 2007, between
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, 1840 25th Street, Vero
Beach, FL 32960, GRANTOR, and VERO ENTERPRISES, LLC, a Florida limited liability
company, 1645 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd., Suite 1200, West Palm Beach, FL 33401 , GRANTEE,
WITNESSETH :
That GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS, and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid by GRANTEE, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
bargained, and sold to the GRANTEE, and GRANTEE's heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title,
interest, claim, and demand which the said GRANTOR has in and to the following described parcel of
land, lying and being in Indian River County, Florida, to-wit:
EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest, and claim whatsoever of
the said GRANTOR, either in law or equity, to the use, benefit, or behalf of the said GRANTEE
forever.
