Quit -Claim Deed
THIS QUIT -CLAIM DEED, made this 4th day of April , 2006, between
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose address is
1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960, Grantor, and Wm. Gregory Construction, Inc., a
Florida corporation, whose post office address is 2646 Southeast l I 1 Street, Pompano Beach,
FL 33062, grantee:
(Whenever used herein the terms grantor and grantee include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs,
legal representatives, and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations, trusts and
trustees)
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, receipt whereof by Grantor is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby remise, release and quit -claim to Grantee, and Grantee's heirs, legal
representatives, successors and assigns forever, all of the Grantor' s right, title, interest, claim
and demand which Grantor has in and to the following described property lying and being in
Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
Commence at a railroad spike reported to be the South 1/4 corner of Section 25,
Township 32 South, Range 39 East, and run along the section line N 890 44,30"
E 686.49 feet to a point; then run N 00° 03' 30" W parallel with the West line of
the SE 1/4 of said section 55.00 feet to the North line of Barber Street (37d' Street)
and Point of Beginning; then run N 00' 03' 30" W 167.10 feet to a point; then run
S 440 56' 05" E 234.99 feet to a point in the North line of Barber Street; then run
along the North line S 89° 44'30" W 165.81 feet to the Point of Beginning.
RESERVING on, over and across the South 35 feet (measured southward from a
line beginning 35 feet North of the Point of Beginning on the West line of the
parcel hereinabove described and running East to an intersection with the
Westerly right of way line of Indian River Boulevard) of the above described
parcel for drainage and location of drainage structures. A sketch of which is
attached as Exhibit A and incorporated by reference herein.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular the appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity
and claim whatsoever of Grantor, either in law or equity, for the use, benefit and profit of the
said Grantee.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has hereunto caused these presents to be executed
in its name by its Board of County Commissioners, acting by the Chairman of said Board, the
day and year aforesaid.
