RELEASE OF LIEN
Indian River County acknowledges payment of Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) as full satisfaction of a lien created by environmental fines levied in Indian
River County Environmental Control Hearing Board Case Number 356-02, and filed in the
public records of Indian River County at OR Book 1559, pp 2688 through 2689, inclusive,
said lien attaching to the following real property:
The East 5 acres of the West 10 acres of the East 21.18 acres of Tract 1, less
canal, Section 28, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, according to the last
general plat of lands of Indian River Farms Company filed in St. Lucie County,
Florida, in Plat Book 2, page 25, said land now lying and being in Indian River
County, Florida.
Indian River County releases said lien.
EXECUTED by the Chairman, and attested and countersigned by the Clerk of the
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, this
5th day of February , 2008.
