RELEASE OF LIEN
Indian River County acknowledges payment Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($4 , 500.00) to satisfy an Order entered in Indian River County Environmental Control
Hearing Board Case Number 275-98. Indian River County acknowledges full satisfaction
of the lien created by environmental fines levied in this cases and filed in the public
records of Indian River County at OR Book 1450, pp 1474 through 1476 , inclusive .
Indian River County releases said lien.
EXECUTED by the Chairman , and attested and countersigned by the Clerk of the
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, this

As you and I discussed, I am returning the originally executed but unrecorded Release of Lien
in connection with the referenced matter so that you may look into this further as to the
indexing of the lienee' s name. Once you are satisfied with the Release of Lien, return it to me
so that we can get it re-executed by the Chairman, if necessary, and record it in the public
records.
