RELEASE OF LIEN
Indian River County acknowledges payment of Three Thousand Dollars
( $ 3000 . 00) as full satisfaction of a lien created by environmental fines levied in Indian
River County Environmental Control hearing Board Case Number 165 -91 , and filed in the
public records of Indian River County at OR Book 898 , pp 2025 through 2028 , inclusive ,
said lien attaching to the following real property :
Tracts 1340 , 1341 , and 1352 of Fellsmere Farms Company Subdivision of
unsurveyed lands in Township 31 South, Range 37 East, according to the plat
thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 2 , pages 1 and 2 , Public Records of St . Lucie
County, Florida; said land now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida.
Indian River County releases said lien .
EXECUTED by the Chairman, and attested and countersigned by the Clerk of the
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
