RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT FOR MASS TRANSIT SERVICE PROVISION
between
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
and
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY COUNCIL ON AGING , INC .
THIS AGREEMENT , entered into this 3rd day of October , 2006 by and
between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS , hereinafter
referred to as the "County" , and INDIAN RIVER COUNTY COUNCIL ON AGING , INC . ,
hereinafter referred to as the "COA" .
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS , the County and COA entered into an Agreement for Mass Transit
Service Provision dated November 19 , 2002 ; and
WHEREAS , the Agreement between the parties was for a period of three years and
although the three year period expired in 2005 , the parties have continued to abide by the
agreement ; and
WHEREAS , the County and the COA are both satisfied with the terms of the
Agreement and wish to extend the Agreement for an additional three years .
THEREFORE , in consideration of their mutual covenants , the parties herein agree
as follows :
1 . The above recitals are true and correct and incorporated by reference herein .
2 . The Agreement For Mass Transit Service Provision dated November 19 , 2002 , is
hereby renewed and shall be in full effect for an additional three years from the date of
execution by both parties .
3 . All the terms and conditions contained therein shall remain in full force and
effect.
