RENEWAL OF
PROFESSIONAL GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
FOR ANNUAL GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES
IRC PROJECT NO . 0534
This shall serve as mutual consent to extend the Agreement between Indian River County
and CTI- Construction Testing & Inspection, Inc. for Professional Geotechnical Services from
October 1 , 2007 to September 30, 2008 .
All provisions of the original agreement, approved November 2 , 2004 shall remain in full
force and effect. The fee schedule for October 1 , 2007 through September 30, 2008 shall remain
in effect from October 1 , 2007 through September 30, 2008 as stated in "Exhibit A" (attached) .
