S. 1 VERO BEACI4, r.ORRIOA 32960 PMONE A0 308 Bea-a®a9 You of course are cognizant of the fact that the Board of County Commissioners entered into a lease purchase agreement with me on a parcel of land near the South end of the County running from ocean to river. There is a mortgage on this property approximating $24,000.00, which is the amount which the County.is to pay upon exercising itsoption to purchase 100 feet of this land. This mortgage carries an interest rate of 5% per annum, the thought occurred to me that the County may be interested in paying the $24,000..00 for the first release by September lst, in which case I would rebate the County $400.00 which would represent the interest.saving. In the event you could not arrange this financing by September 1st, I would then be willing to rebate the County $300.00, if''the $24,000.00 would be forthcoming by October 1st. In the event the County is interested in this proposition, I would appreicate hearing from you at your liest convenience.,; Best regards, JWL/lis cc: Robert Graves Donald McDonald D.B.
