SECOND ADDENDUM TO VACANT LAND CONTRACT
This is a Second Addendum to that certain Vacant Land Contract dated July 1 , 2006
(the "Contract") , between Indian River County Solid Waste Disposal District ("Buyer"), and
Yankee-Melvin Properties , Inc . ("Seller"), for the property located at CR512 Fellsmere, FL
32948- 0902 , Parcel #31 -37-00- 00001 - 1549-00005 .0 . Buyer and Seller agree that the
following terms are hereby made a part of the Contract and supersede any terms to the
contrary in the Contract:
1 . Paragraph 4 is amended to change the closing date from "July 31 , 2006" to "on
or before August 8 , 2006 . "
2 . All other terms and conditions of the Contract not modified herein shall remain
in full force and effect.
