N , 2006, by and between Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, 1840 251" Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960 ("County") and Heveron Group, Inc., a Florida corporation, having a principal place of business at 1872 Commerce Avenue, Suite A, Vero Beach, FL 32960, d/b/a Beachland Cleaning Service ("Contractor") . BACKGROUND RECITALS A. Effective October 1 , 2005, the County and the Contractor entered into the Custodial Services Agreement, as amended by First Amendment to Custodial Services Agreement dated effective October 1 , 2005 (as so amended, the "Agreement"). B. The County and the Contractor desire to amend the Agreement by adding additional services, in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement, as set forth in this Second Amendment. NOW THEREFORE , for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged , the parties hereto, intending to be legally bound, covenant and agree to amend the Jail Agreement as follows: 1 . The background recitals are true and correct and form a material part of this Second Amendment. 2 . From and after the effective date of this Second Amendment, the Services set forth on Exhibit "B" to the Agreement are amended by adding the additional services and compensation as set forth on Exhibit °A" attached hereto and incorporated by reference in its entirety. 3. All terms and conditions of the Agreement not amended herein remain in full force and effect.
