RENEWAL OF
PROFESSIONAL SURVEYING SERVICES AGREEMENT
FOR ANNUAL SURVEYING AND MAPPING SERVICES
IRC PROJECT NO . 0138
This shall serve as mutual consent to extend the Agreement between Indian River County
and Kimley- Horn & Associates , Inc . for Professional Surveying and Mapping Services from
April 16 , 2003 to September 30 , 2003 .
All provisions of the original agreement , approved April 16 , 2002 shall remain in full
force and effect . The fee schedule for the April 16 , 2002 -April 15 , 2003 shall remain in effect
through September 30 , 2003 ,
