Florida , 32960 acknowledges payment of Five Thousand , Five Hundred Dollars ( $ 5 , 500)
as full satisfaction of a lien created by environmental fines levied against Shelby Homes
at Oslo , Inc . , by the Order dated August 11 , 2009 , entered in Indian River County
Environmental Control Hearing Board Case Number 434-09 , and filed in the public
records of Indian River County at OR Book 2368 , pp 1320 through 1323 .
Indian River County releases said lien .
