inflexibility of 12" HDPE and a paved roadway as requested by IRCDUS field personnel Delete
equivalent amount of PVC pipe asphalt overlay and sod

There are five directional bore changes for a total of 188'.
Sta. 79+18 — 915` Ave at Drainage Canal, Additional 20' due to of 12" HDPE for depth of
bore under drainage canal.
Sta. 102+23 — 91 s'Ave at 85th Place, Additional 12' to carry beyond drainage pipe.
Sta. 108+89 — 85th Place at CR 510, Additional 46' due to close drainage pipe, distance
for set-up needed for bore machine and necessity to reverse tap at CR510.
Sta. 839+72 — 104th Ave at CR 512, Additional 15' necessary for reverse tap at CR512.
Sta. 233+32 — 79th Street at 101St Ave, Additional 95' necessary to avoid open cutting a
paved road. 101St Ave is a paved road shown as dirt on the construction drawing.
