AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE ST. JOHNS RIVER WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT
AND INDIAN RIVER COUNTY
FOR THE ALTERNATIVE WATER SUPPLY CONSTRUCTION COST SHARING PROGRAM
THIS AMENDMENT is entered into by and between the GOVERNING BOARD of the ST. JOHNS
RIVER WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT ("the District"), whose mailing address is 4049 Reid Street,
Palatka, Florida 32177, and Indian River County ("Recipient"), whose address is 1840 25`h Street, Vero Beach,
Florida 32960 and is effective on August 10, 2008.
WHEREAS, the District and Recipient entered into Agreement # S134 AA on August 9, 2005, for the
Indian River County's Reverse Osmosis (RO) Concentrate Reuse Project; and
WHEREAS, the District and Recipient desire to modify the Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein and for other good and
valuable consideration, the District and Recipient, hereby agree to the following amendments:
1. AGREEMENT PERIOD: Delete the previous Completion Date of August 9, 2008 and replace it with
the following:
The Completion Date shall be June 15, 2009,
The District and Recipient agree that all other terns and conditions of the original Agreement are hereby
ratified and continue in full force and effect.
