Description :
Extend plumbing to residences ' existing plumbing , disconnect existing plumbing and
connect new plumbing at entrance to house .
Reason for Change Order:
Original estimate for plumbing was underestimated due to location of existing plumbing
being an unknown and location of existing septic tanks and drainfields was unknown . In
majority of cases , plumbing had to be routed around long side of house to avoid existing
sewer systems and connect to existing plumbing .
