MEDIATED SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
Pursuant to the Mediation Conference held on November 20 , 2008 , the parties have
agreed to abide by the following :
1 . Petitioner INDIAN RIVER COUNTY shall pay the Defendant , STATE H 'dVY
60/ KINGS HWY LLC . for the taking of the above Parcels , the aggregate sum of
® °.�—�' less any sums heretofore paid .
2 . The parties will enter into a Stipulated Final Judgment reflecting the terms of this
Stipulation .
3 . Pursuant to Florida Statute 44 .102 (3 ) the parties agree to keep the communications`
