Mr. Ray Williams appeared before the Board and complained about the condition of 49th Avenue in Tropicolony Subdivision. The matter was referred to the County Engineer. Mr. C. E. Bovis of Kissimmee, Florida, owner of a trailer at Sebastian Inlet Park, requested that he be allowed to stay there and stated that he would meet any health standards the County may set up. The Board informed Mr, Bovis that they would ,have to abide by their decision to clear the whole area in order to complete their plans for development of the park. Commissioner Macdonald reported that he had contacted Mr. Caldwell and Mr. Bill Miller of the State Park Board and that they have agreed to authorize the planning of the Hobart Tract as soon as they receive from the Board, aerial photographs and suggestions. as to the use of the park. Commissioner Macdonald urged that the Riding Club, the Rod and Gun Club, the Police and Sheriff Departments give suggestions as to the recreational facilities that might be incorporated in the plan. Mr. Miller offered to contact Mr. James Williams and advise him of our arrangements with them and make sure that the II Board will not make any effort to dispose of this property, Commissioner Macdonald reported.
