THIRD AMENDMENT TO CUSTODIAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
This Third Amendment to Custodial Services Agreement ('Third Amendment') is entered
into effective January 16 , 2007 , by and between Indian River County , a political subdivision of the
State of Florida , 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach , FL 32960 ("County") and Heveron Group , Inc. , a
Florida corporation , having a principal place of business at 1872 Commerce Avenue , Suite A, Vero
Beach , FL 32960 , d/b/a Beachland Cleaning Service ("Contractor" ).
BACKGROUND RECITALS
A. Effective October 1 , 2005 , the County and the Contractor entered into the Custodial
Services Agreement, as amended by First Amendment to Custodial Services Agreement dated
effective October 1 , 2005 and as further amended by the Second Amendment to Custodial Service
Agreement dated November 14 , 2006 (as so amended , the "Agreement') .
B. The County and the Contractor desire to amend the Agreement by deleting services , in
accordance with the provisions of the Agreement, as set forth in this Third Amendment.
NOW THEREFORE , for good and valuable consideration , the receipt and sufficiency of
which is hereby acknowledged , the parties hereto , intending to be legally bound , covenant and
agree to amend the Agreement as follows :
1 . The background recitals are true and correct and form a material part of this Third
Amendment.
2 . From and after the effective date of this Third Amendment, the Services set forth on
Exhibit " B" to the Agreement are amended by deleting the services and compensation as set forth
on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated by reference in its entirety.
3 . All terms and conditions of the Agreement not amended herein remain in full force
and effect .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF , the County and the Contractor have caused this Third
Amendment to be signed by their respective duly authorized officers as of the day and year first
stated above.

Dear Cathy & Lynn,
With the relocation of some Indian River County Departments to new buildings, there are
vacant areas that no longer require cleaning services. Please remove the areas identified
below from the current contract.
Reduce Old Health Department Bldg -Animal Control Area. $308 .00
Remove Supervisor of Elections Trailers: $750 .00
