-- SECTION V — PAYMENTS, paragraph C. , is hereby revised to change the DEP ' s contact for the submittal
of invoices from Mr. Joseph Busalacchi to Ms. Elisabeth King.
-- SECTION VI — MANAGEMENT is hereby revised to change the DEP ' s Project Manager to Elisabeth
King, telephone 850/245 -7512 .
All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged.
