GRANT AND RESERVATION OF EASEMENTS
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY consents to the future dedication of a sanitary
sewer lift station, and accepts the perpetual easement for the location,
construction, maintenance and repair, and for ingress and egress of
potable water lines as set out in that certain Grant and Reservation of
Easements between Waldo Development, Inc. and Hammond Development
Group, LLC recorded in O.R. Book 2274, Page 1687 of the Public Records
of Indian River County, Florida.
