Wharton -Smith, Inc proposes to add the following items to the contractual scope of work:
1) RCP 12 - Lighting Improvements at Existing Clarifiers
2) RCP 20 - Repairs at Oxidation Ditch
3) RCP 21 - Weather Station for plant
The total proposal amount is $ 181946.96.
This proposal is based on the following:
1. Granting of a 90 day contract time extension to allow time to complete RCP's
12, 20 and 21. The time extension is necessary due to the extended period
of time from when these proposals were originally presented to the time when
they were approved.
2. Specific inclusions, exclusions and assumptions are included within each
proposal (RCP).
