HOUSE MOVING CASH BOND ESCROW AGREEMENT

The parties to this agreement, Anne Wolfe , 715 Peggy Stewart Court,
Davidsonville , Maryland 21035 ("Owner") and INDIAN RIVER COUNTY , 1840
25th Street, Vero Beach , Florida 32960 ("County") hereby agree as follows :
1 . A cash bond in the amount of Thirty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred
Seventy-Three and 50/100 Dollars ($38 ,973 . 50) has been posted by Owner
pursuant to Section 955.05 , Indian River County Code , for the purpose of
guarantying compliance in full within one ( 1 ) year with all applicable requirements
of the building code and land development regulations. Failure to fully comply
within one ( 1 ) year, will result in forfeiture of the bond to the Board of County
Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida .
2 This bond relates to the relocation of a house to 1861 East Shell
Lane , Vero Beach , Florida 32963 .
3 . The bond amount represents one hundred fifteen percent ( 115% )
of the costs of upgrading the referenced residence to the minimum standards of
Indian River County codes based upon an architect or engineer certification of or
actual contract price for the costs.
4 . The cash bond will be deposited with the Clerk of the Board of
County Commissioners . Should the house be moved to 1861 East Shell Lane ,
Vero Beach , Florida 32963 and properly hooked up as to foundation , electric,
plumbing , and septic tank and/or water and sewer (as applicable) within one ( 1 )
year of this date , Owner may request that the Public Works and Building
Departments certify compliance with applicable codes to the Clerk's Office ,
Finance Division . Upon certification of compliance , the Clerk will release the
bond . In the event of non compliance, any portion of the cash bond as
necessary to bring the structure into compliance with Indian River County codes ,
as determined by the Building Department, shall be retained by County to
accomplish such repairs or construction .

Dear Ms. Wolfe:
We propose to furnish materials and labor according to Engineered drawings by M.B.V.
Engineering for a total amount of $33 , 890 .0U.
We will furnish the following:
I . Foundation: Material and labor to four (4) courses of block;
2. Furnish plumber to connect new septic tank, hook to new water meter;
3 . Remove air conditioner and reconnect;
4. Electrical : Disconnect and reconnect;
5 . Abandon old septic tank, furnish new septic tank, drain field, and six (6)
loads septic sand; and
6. Furnish building permits and inspections for: Foundation, Plumbing, Electrical,
Air Conditioning, Septic Tank, and Abandonment of existing septic tank.
NOTE.
7. Price does not include:
a. Water impact fees;
b. Road and bridge impact fees; and
C. Surveyor for layout of house.
8 . Any carpentry work required will be charged by materials and labor,
9 . Twenty percent (20%) deposit ($6,778.00) due on order.
