Description:
Please install about 400 LF of 6" HDPE Directional Drill force main and about 50 LF of 6" PVC force main along
CR 512 north of Fleming Street to an existing sanitary manhole
Purpose of Work Change Directive :
To eliminate a backflow condition in the existing gravity sanitary sewer system upstream of the lift station
