Description:
Please relocate a sanitary sewer under the mobile home at 9890 61 " Terrace to the side easement between Lots 52
and 53 by constructing two doghouse manholes and about 65 LF of 6" PVC sewer line .
Purpose of Work Change Directive :
To remove sanitary sewer from underneath existing mobile home .
