Description:
The construction of HDPE water main and force main canal crossings, filling, flushing, disinfecting, testing, and any
necessary restoration to place the systems into County service
Purpose of Work Authorization Directive :
To replace above ground aerial bridge crossings that have become deteriated and subject to failure
