You are directed to proceed promptly with the following work:
Description:
Excavate 26 potholes as directed by Engineer on 43`d Ave . and Old Dixie hwy at South Relief Canal and 50' St. SW
at Lateral C. A 4" PVC pipe is to be placed on top of utility pipe and cut off one inch above ground surface for
survey elevations to be taken by County. Contractor is also to take depth from ground to top of pipe .
Purpose of Work Authorization Directive :
To establish depths of utilities for relocation with bridge construction
