Mike , I recently forwarded plans to you for the above referenced project . Please have this project
area potholed so we can get an accurate location (vertical and horizontal ) of any utilities in this area.
There are some fire hydrants , water meters , water valves and sewer lines located within the project
limits that will have to be adjusted and or relocated . Please review the plans and schedule this
potholing at you ' re earliest convenience and return the marked up plans to my office .
Attached is a set of preliminary construction plans for you to mark up .
