IRC Landfill Site Florida Power & Light Easement Survey August 18, 2006 This Work Order No. 1 (SWDD) is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated September 23rd , 2005 between Carter Associates , Inc. ( SURVEYOR) and Indian River County (COUNTY) . This Work Order No. 1 (SWDD ) amends the agreement as follows: SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS : Prepare Florida Power & Light Easement at Indian River County Landfill Site Reference attached exhibit "A" scope of services . SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES : This Work Order No. 1 (SWDD) is for providing all Professional Survey services related to the task and services as indicated in the attached exhibit "A" Proposal and scope of services supplied by Carter Associates , Inc. SECTION III — TIME FOR COMPLETION : All tasks outlined shall be completed , in its entirety within six weeks (42 calendar days) of notice to proceed . (The County shall be notified upon completion of tasks and/or of any delay beyond specified periods) . SECTION IV — DELIVERABLES : Furnish executable Florida Power & Light easement form in accordance with the scope of services. SECTION IV — COMPENSATION : The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the SURVEYOR agrees to accept, a fee for services rendered according to the " Scope of Services" identified in Section I , Il , III and IV of this Work Order No . 1 (SWDD) a Lump Sum of $ 1 , 500 . 00 . All invoicing shall be supported with documentation ( Man hours) of time and materials spent prior to payments . The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth herein . All remaining sections of the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect, and are incorporated herein .
