US Highway 1 & County Road 510 Boundary Survey of Properties May 31 " 2007 This Work Order No . 1 ( Utilities) is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated September 1g1h, 2006 between Carter Associates , Inc. ( SURVEYOR) and Indian River County ( COUNTY) . This Work Order No. 1 ( Utilities) amends the agreement as follows : SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS : Field survey and preparation of a Boundary Survey Map OF : US Highway 1 from 84th Street to 87th Street — both sides of the highway. Old Dixie Highway from 84th Street to where it runs into US Highway 1 — both sides of the highway. County Road 510 from Old Dixie Highway to East side of US Highway 1 — both sides of the highway. SECTION 11 — SCOPE OF SERVICES : This Work Order No. 1 (Utilities) is for providing all Professional Survey services related to the task and services as indicated on in sections I , Il , III and IV hereon, the attached exhibit "A" Proposal for work done supplied by Indian River County - Utilities and attached Exhibit " B" Work Proposal provided by Carter Associates , INC . SECTION III — TIME FOR COMPLETION : All tasks outlined shall be completed , in its entirety within five weeks plus/minus of notice to proceed . (The County shall be notified upon completion of tasks and/or of any delay beyond specified periods ) . SECTION IV — DELIVERABLES : Final ( 100% ) submittal shall consist of One ( 1 ) certified final survey " hardcopies " in the form of ( 1 ) Mylar version , and an electronic file/disc in state plane geometry (AutoCADD 2005 or previous versions) shall be delivered upon completion . All invoicing shall be supported with documentation ( Man hours ) of time and materials spent prior to payments . The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth herein . All remaining sections of the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect , and are incorporated herein .
