HomeMy WebLinkAbout2005-253 Work Order Number 1 Survey and Mapping Services for Reconstruction of Station No . 4 9th Street SW, Vero Beach (Oslo Road) This work order number 1 is entered into as of this 19th day of July, 2005 pursuant to that certain Continuing Professional Survey Services agreement entered into as of October 19 , 2004 , (AGREEMENT) , by and between Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (COUNTY) and Carter Associates , Inc . , (CAI) . The COUNTY has selected the CAI to perform the professional services set forth in Attachment A. attached to this Work Order and made part of hereof by this reference . The CAI will perform the professional services for the fee set forth in Attachment A, attached and made part hereof by this reference . The CAI will perform the professional services within the timeframe more particularly set forth in Attachment A , attached to this work order and made a part hereof by this reference all in accordance with the terms and provisions set forth in the AGREEMENT . Pursuant to the AGREEMENT, nothing contained in any Work Order shall conflict with the terms of the AGREEMENT and the terms of the AGREEMENT shall be deemed to be incorporated in each individual Work Order as if fully set forth herein . Boundary Survey to include the overall parcel , 14t acres (official legal description will need to be furnished by the client and/or their agent) .
