WITH
DUNKELBERGER ENGINEERING & TESTING , INC .
All services performed under this contract shall be supervised and certified by a licensed
Professional Engineer (PE) registered with the State of Florida and staff employed directly with
your firm .
Scope of Services
All work shall be performed on a unit price basis in accordance with the attached Scope of
Services dated September 23, 2005 and shall comply with Standards enumerated in the
RENEWAL OF THE ANNUAL GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES CONTRACT IRC PROJECT NO
0534 WITH DUNKELBERGER EGINEERING & TESTING INC Effective Date: October 1 ,
2005.
Minimum Specification Requirements as follows:
Roadway Construction
• Perform 6-foot deep auger borings at 200-foot intervals to explore the subsurface
conditions of the roadway.
• Two Limerock Bearing Ratio (LBR) testing .
• Preparation and issuance of engineering reports presenting the test results and their
compliance with the project specifications.
All work shall also comply with the current Florida Minimum Technical Standards.
COMPENSATION .
The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the Geotechnical Professional agrees to accept, a fee for
services rendered according to the "Scope of Services" identified in the attached EXHIBIT "A"
Fee Schedule and Man Hours.

A Not-to-Exceed Amount of: 6 6$ , 17 . 00 to be paid on a unit price basis for actual work
performed in accordance with the schedule of services and fees set forth in Exhibit A of

the geotechnical service report of the proposed scope of work.
