In accordance with Contract No . 0725 This Work Order No . 1 is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated November 6 , 2007 , between Morgan & Eklund , Inc. (SURVEYOR) and Indian River County (COUNTY) . This Work Order No . 1 amends the agreement as follows : SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS The SURVEY LIMITS +/- 9 , 800 feet are as follows : (Reference attached map) East-West roads. 14TH Street, from 5th Avenue to 6th Avenue 15TH Street, from 5th Avenue to 6th Avenue 16TH Street, from 3rd Avenue to 6th Avenue 17TH Street (south side) , from 3rd Court to 6th Avenue North — South roads. 6 Avenue (east side) , from 14th Street to 17th Street 5th Court, from 14th Street to 17th Street 5th Avenue, from 16th Street to 17th Street 4th Court, from 16th Street to 17th Street 4th Avenue, from 16th Street to 17th Street 3rd Court, from 16th Street to 17th Street. SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES and TIME FOR COMPLETION/DELIVERABLES The scope of services and time for completion for this Work Order No. 1 is defined in the attached "Exhibit" A, proposal/scope of services. SECTION III — COMPENSATION The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the SURVEYOR agrees to accept , a fee for services rendered as identified in Section I and II of this Work Order No. 1 , for a Lump Sum of $21 , 010. 00 . All and/or any additional services not described hereon shall be pre-approved by the COUNTY. Approved additional services shall be invoiced at the rates disclosed in the approved fee schedule with the SURVEYOR for the contract year(s) of November 6 , 2007 through November 5 , 2009 . The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth herein. All remaining sections of the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect , and are incorporated herein .
