This Work Order No. 11 is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated September 23rd ,
2005 between Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. (SURVEYOR) and Indian River County
(COUNTY) . This Work Order No. 11 amends the agreement as follows:
SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS
This Work Order No. 11 is for the SURVEYOR to perform a Boundary , Topographic and Wetland
Survey for the ±50. 61 Acres of County Road 512 Land Acquisition Property bordered on the
west and north by established parcel lines, the south by County Road 512 and east by the
proposed 101 't Avenue alignment, all lying in Section 21 , Township 31 South , Range 38 East,
Indian River County, Florida.
SECTION II - SCOPE OF SERVICES
As agreed upon between Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor Inc. and Indian River County, The
SURVEYOR shall provide the ADDITIONAL Professional Land Surveying services to complete
all tasks related to the revised WETLAND locations as identified by the St. Johns River Water
Management District and as outlined in this Work Order No. 11 described as follows:
1. Perform an updated/revised Boundary and Topographic survey for the property
described above and per legal description provided by the COUNTY (attached
exhibit A) and will meet Minimum Technical Standards (MTS) as set forth by Florida
Statutes and the Florida Communities Trust (FCT) Procedures attached hereto and
made part of this agreement.

SECTION III — TIME FOR COMPLETION
Project shall be completed within thirty (30) business days from Notice to Proceed. Final
submittal (Deliverables) shall be provided to the COUNTY upon completion .
SECTION IV — DELIVERABLES/WORK PRODUCT
a) Survey shall be supplied as a REVISED boundary and topographic base map file
including THE NEW WETLAND flag locations.
b) Said base map file will be in state plane positioning and shall include survey horizontal
and vertical control and subsequent topographic data and wetland flag locations
sufficient for all anticipated design and planning needs.
c) Deliverables for the final ( 100%) submittal to the COUNTY will consist of a digital file
(disk). The digital file shall adhere to basic COUNTY AutoCAD layer structure as
provided .
d) The SURVEYOR shall provide the COUNTY five (5) certified copies and a digital file of
the survey and prepare its Work Product digital versions so that the COUNTY or other
consultants can readily use it for the design and analysis of the area, as defined . It shall
contain all information necessary for third-party surveyor to independently recreate
and/or utilize the survey work. It is acknowledged all final products become property of
Indian River County and will be available for use by the public at large.
e) The SURVEYOR'S work product shall meet or exceed the minimum standards as
defined by Sections II , III and IV or the COUNTY will not approve the SURVEYOR' S
request for payment.
SECTION V — COMPENSATION
The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the SURVEYOR agrees to accept, for services rendered as
identified in Sections II , III and IV of this Work Order No . 11 as agreed to by the SURVEYOR
and the COUNTY, a LUMP SUM FEE , of $2,500.00.
All invoicing shall be supported with documentation (Man hours) of time and materials spent
and following information prior to payments. Invoices shall include the work order, contract
and project numbers . Invoice number related to this work order, original contract amount,
current billing amount and retainage amounts .

The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth herein. All remaining sections of
the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect, and are incorporated herein .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed these presents this
20th day of March 2007 .
