FOR ANNUAL SURVEYING AND MAPPING SERVICES

This Work Order No. 14 is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated September 19th ,
2006 between Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. (SURVEYOR) and Indian River County
(COUNTY) . This Work Order No . 14 amends the agreement as follows:
SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS
This Work Order No . 14 is for the SURVEYOR to perform additional services in connection with
the preparation of the Right of Way Survey for the existing 66 foot wide Right of Way for Indian
River Drive, Phase 1 and incorporate into the Right of Way Survey as described in the original
Work Order #10 (Engineering/Survey) for this project. The overall project limits range from the
southern intersection of Indian River Drive with U . S . Highway No. 1 to the northern intersection
of Indian River Drive with U . S . Highway No . 1 (approx. 3. 5 miles) . Phase One of the project
ranges from the northern overall project limits south to the northern City Limits of the City of
Sebastian (approx. 1 . 5 miles) . All lying in Indian River County, Florida .
SECTION II - SCOPE OF SERVICES
As agreed upon between Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. and Indian River County, the
SURVEYOR shall provide Professional Land Surveying services to complete all tasks as
outlined in this Work Order No . 14 described as follows:
• Right of Way Mapping (Additional Services):
1 . Conduct research with the Florida Department of Transportation for maps, deeds or
other documents that may relate to or affect the analysis of the location of the Right
of Way as described in the original Work Order #10 (Engineering/Survey) .
2 . Conduct research with the St. Lucie County Recording Department for maps , deeds
or other documents that may relate to or effect the analysis of the location of the
Right of Way as described in the original Work Order #10 (Engineering/Survey) .
3. Perform field ties to Point of Commencement of the legal description contained in
Deed Book 538 , Page 541 and depict same on proposed Right of Way map.

SECTION III — TIME FOR COMPLETION
Project shall be completed within thirty (30) business days from Notice to Proceed . Schedule
shall coincide with original Work Order #10 (Engineering/Survey) .
SECTION IV — DELIVERABLEWWORK PRODUCT
Survey shall be supplied as a right of way map as described in the original Work Order # 10
(Engineering/Survey) .
SECTION V — COMPENSATION
The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the SURVEYOR agrees to accept, for services rendered as
identified in Sections II , III and IV of this Work Order No. 14 a lump sum fee of $4, 850. 00 .

The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth herein. All remaining sections of
the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect, and are incorporated herein .
IN ITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed these presents this day
of 2007 .
