FOR
PROFESSIONAL SURVEYING SERVICES AGREEMENT
FOR ANNUAL SURVEYING AND MAPPING SERVICES CONTRACT NO: 0390
WITH
Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc .
This Work Order No . 16 is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated September 2"d
2003 between Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. (SURVEYOR) and Indian River County
(COUNTY). This Work Order No. 16 amends the agreement as follows :
SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS
This Work Order No. 16 is for the SURVEYOR to update the boundary survey for the Central
Wastewater Treatment Plant Site (± 12.46 acres) located at 3550 49`h Street lying in Section 22,
Township 32 South, Range 39 East, Indian River County, Florida.
SECTION H - SCOPE OF SERVICES
As agreed upon between Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. and Indian River County,
Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. will perform Professional Land Surveying services for the
completion and preparation of an updated boundary survey for the Central Wastewater
Treatment Plant Site to include the following:
a) Establish survey baseline and tie to state plane coordinates.
b) Locate and identify all monumentation for establishment of existing boundary lines and
adjoining rights-of-way.
c) This proposal does not include the location of existing improvements.
d) Prepare and provide five paper copies and one digital file of the boundary survey upon
completion.
SECTION III — WORK PRODUCT
a) The SURVEYOR shall prepare its Work Product so that the COUNTY or other
consultants can readily use it for the design and analysis of the area, as defined. It shall
contain all information necessary for third-party surveyor to independently recreate
and/or utilize the survey work. It is acknowledged all final products become property of
Indian River County and will be available for use by the public at large.
SECTION IV — TIME FOR COMPLETION
Work Order No . 16 shall be completed within 30 business days from Notice to Proceed.

SECTION V — COMPENSATION
The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the SURVEYOR agrees to accept, a fee for services rendered
according to the "Scope of Services" identified in Section II of this Work Order No . 16, a Lump
Sum (not to exceed) fee of $4, 500. 00.
The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth herein. All remaining sections of
the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect, and are incorporated herein.
