WORK ORDER NO. 2 ( Engineering/Surveying )
FOR
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
ANNUAL SURVEYING and MAPPING/GIS SERVICES
WITH
Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc.
In accordance with Contract No . 0725 2007-2009
This Work Order No. 2 is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated November Ern
2007 between Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. (SURVEYOR) and Indian River County
(COUNTY) . This Work Order No . 2 amends the agreement as follows :
SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS
This Work Order No. 2 is for the SURVEYOR to perform additional services in connection with
the route and topographic survey for design of CR512 Phase 4 . CR512 Phase 4 limits range
from County Road 510 to 1 -95 , all lying in Indian River County, Florida .
SECTION II - SCOPE OF SERVICES
As agreed upon between Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. and Indian River County, the
SURVEYOR shall provide Professional Land Surveying services to complete all tasks as
outlined in this Work Order No . 2 described as follows :
• Tree Locations:
1 . Perform field location of approximately 45 trees as identified by the COUNTY.
2 . Integrate tree locations into existing CR512 Phase 4 route survey AND include in the
appropriate design plan sheets in such a fashion to identify the Topographic feature
AND trees in relationship to the design features .
3. Label tree size, species and provide station and offset to center of tree from design
baseline .

SECTION III — TIME FOR COMPLETION & DELIVERABLES/WORK PRODUCT
1 . Project shall be completed within thirty (30) business days from Notice to Proceed .
2. Survey shall be supplied in two forms :
a. As a separate updated topographic survey (Three Hardoopy' s , electronic file) AND
b . As a combined (Three Hardeopy's , electronic file) base map with the design plans
prepared by Masteller & Molar, Inc. of the limits of County Road Phase 4 in such a
fashion to identify the topographic feature AND trees in relationship to the design
features.
SECTION IV — COMPENSATION
The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the SURVEYOR agrees to accept, for services rendered as
identified in Sections I , II , and III of this Work Order No. 2 a lump sum fee of $ 3 , 900 . 00 .
The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth herein . All remaining sections of
the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect, and are incorporated herein .
IN ITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed these presents this day
of 1 2007 .
