HomeMy WebLinkAbout2006-027Board of County Commissioners C)0 0 1810 25th Street Vero Beach, Florida 32960 Telephone: (772) 567-8000 FAX: (772) 778-9391 WORK ORDER NO. 2 (Engineering) FOR PROFESSIONAL SURVEYING SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR ANNUAL SURVEYING & MAPPING SERVICES, CONTRACT 0390, 2005-2006 WITH Morgan & Eklund, INC. 12th Street, Sidewalk design and planning, Topographic Survey Services 12th Street, from west of 27th Avenue to east of 43rd Avenue Approximately 1.2 miles January 24, 2006 This Work Order No. 2 (Engineering) is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated September 23rd, 2005 between Morgan & Eklund, Inc. (SURVEYOR) and Indian River County (COUNTY). This Work Order No. 2 (Engineering) amends the agreement as follows: SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS: 12th Street, from 300' west of 27th Avenue to 300' east of 43rd Avenue Approximately 1.2 miles. Including side streets and all drainage features within corridor. SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES. This Work Order No. 2 (Engineering) is for providing all Professional Survey services related to the task and services as indicated in the attached exhibit "A" proposal and scope of services supplied by Morgan & Eklund, Inc. SECTION III — TIME FOR COMPLETION: All tasks outlined shall be completed, in its entirety, within 60 calendar days of notice to proceed. The County shall be notified upon completion of tasks and/or of any delay beyond specified periods. All invoicing shall be supported with documentation (Man hours) of time and materials spent prior to payments. The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth herein. All remaining sections of the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect, and are incorporated herein. Scope. Alignments: Current R/W line positioning and dimensioning map) and misc field confirmation. Include: All above ground and apparent underground features within 5' of R/W line, I.E. ditches, trees & significant landscaped areas, mailboxes, driveways (dirt/asph/conc), fences. Front of structure/homes within 25of R/W (include FF and/or low floor I.E. Garage/Carport elev.) and C/L driveways up to structures. 100' on all side streets and drainage ditches along or affecting north side of 12th street. As -built of any drainage, sewer utilities any utility data to include in survey) Deliverables: Product shall be prepared supplied by IRC), all layers and include cover sheet, (Coordinate with IRC utilities to obtain in the I.R. County AutoCAD layer structure (File in 0 feet elevation, NAD 83/99 state plane geometry, key sheet, survey control sheet and subsequent topographic sheets. 3 certified topographic surveys and electronic file/disc in Auto Cadd 2005 or compatible with the county.
