Survey and Mapping Services for Reconstruction of Station No . 5

This Work Order Number 2 is entered into as of this 19th day of July , 2005 pursuant to
that certain Continuing Professional Survey Services agreement entered into as of
October 19 , 2004 , (AGREEMENT) , by and between Indian River County, a political
subdivision of the State of Florida (COUNTY) and Carter Associates , Inc . , (CAI) .
The COUNTY has selected the CAI to perform the professional services set forth in
Attachment A , attached to this Work Order and made part of hereof by this reference .
The CAI will perform the professional services for the fee set forth in Attachment A ,
attached and made part hereof by this reference . The CAI will perform the professional
services within the timeframe more particularly set forth in Attachment A , attached to
this work order and made a part hereof by this reference all in accordance with the terms
and provisions set forth in the AGREEMENT . Pursuant to the AGREEMENT , nothing
contained in any Work Order shall conflict with the terms of the AGREEMENT and the
terms of the AGREEMENT shall be deemed to be incorporated in each individual Work
Order as if fully set forth herein .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF , the parties hereto have executed this Work Order as of the
date first written above .

Prepare Boundary, Topographic and Tree Location Survey showing existing elevations , improvements , and
visible above ground utilities .
* Boundary Survey to include only that portion lying west of U . S Highway # 1 right-of-way (Official legal
description will need to be furnished by the client and/or their agent) .
* Limits of onsite Topographic and Tree Location Survey to extend southerly to the old school house building .
* Limits of offsite Topographic and Tree Location Survey to extend 660 feet North and South from property
limits (from the centerline to the adjacent right-of-way) along U . S. Highway # 1 and Old Dixie Highway.
Topography to be performed based on the National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929.
Only trees with a diameter of 4 inches and greater will be located and will identify species and trunk diameter
at breast height.
