In accordance with Contract No. 0725 This Work Order No . 2 is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated November 6 , 2007 between Carter Associates , Inc. (SURVEYOR) and Indian River County (COUNTY) . This Work Order No . 2 amends the agreement as follows: SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS This Work Order No. 2 is for the SURVEYOR to perform a Horizontal/Vertical Control Survey for the entire length of 66th Avenue , Phase 1 and Phase 2 design project from 4h Street to SR60, Indian River County, Florida . SECTION II - SCOPE OF SERVICES As agreed upon between Carter Associates , Inc. and Indian River County , the SURVEYOR shall provide Professional Land Surveying services to complete all tasks as outlined in this Work Order No. 2 described within the attached "Exhibit A" : SECTION III — TIME FOR COMPLETION & DELIVERABLES/WORK PRODUCT 1 . Project shall be completed within thirty (30) business days from Notice to Proceed . 2 . Deliverables to include five (5) signed and sealed 11 "x17" hard copies of the County roadway improvement plans for 66th Avenue, prepared by Carter Associates , Inc. , Indian River County Project No. 9810-A, Phase 1 and 9810-13 , Phase 2 with new Horizontal/Vertical Control Sheets incorporated therein and updated electronic copies in AutoCAD 2007 and PDF formats . The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth herein . All remaining sections of the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect, and are incorporated herein . Review existing plan information , previous County survey field notes , available published horizontal and vertical control networks. 2. Computations, management and coordination of all information for field survey execution . 3. Field investigate and locate existing horizontal and vertical control within and adjacent to the road right of way and set baseline construction control at minimum 700 foot intervals. 4. Establish elevations on set baseline control . 5 . Reduce field survey data for final mapping. 6 . Prepare Horizontal/Vertical Control Sheets for incorporation to existing design plans prepared by Carter Associates, Inc. , Indian River County Project No. 9810-A, Phase 1 and No. 9810-B , Phase 2 .
