In accordance with Contract No. 0390 2005-2006 Project: County Fairgrounds ( Hobart Park) Boundary/Topographic/Aerial Photogrammetry Survey Indian River County Project No. 0603 This Work Order No. 2 is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated September 23rd, 2005 between Creech Engineers, Inc. (SURVEYOR) and Indian River County (COUNTY) . This Work Order No. 2 amends the agreement as follows: SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS The existing lands currenity owned by Indian River County, known as the Indian River County Fairgrounds/Hobart Park property. Project is bordered by 77th Street to the south, 58'h avenue to the east, Human Society property to the West and the Right-of-Way of 815' Street to the north . The project also includes the existing ballfield property at the south west comer of 58th Avenue and 77'h Street. SECTION 11 — SCOPE OF SERVICES This Work Order No. 2 is for performing all related field and office professional survey services required to prepare and supply a Boundary/TopographielPhotogrammetry surveys and deliverables as indicated in sections I , II and III hereon. Services shall include all related field and office professional Surveying and Mapping procedures to accomplish all task as outlined in the attached (Exhibit "A") project limits aerial photograph and Scope-of-Services submitted to the County by Creech Engineers, Inc. SECTION III - TIME FOR COMPLETION 90 Calendar days from Notice to Proceed. All remaining sections of the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect, and are incorporated herein . The neavork will meet or exceed the requ3ements for hcriZontal control to support surreys for "Commsrcial", as classified in the "folinimum Tecimical Standards" for surveying and mapping in the state of Florida as set forth by the Florida Board of Professional Surveyors and bSapp_rs in Chapter 6 1617-B. Florida AdminisJative code pursuant to section 572.4:7 Florida statutes, with the minimum relative distance accuracy for horizontal con-M supporirg this survey to 6e i foal in 10.004 feet ( 1 : 17~004). Horizontal control shall be referenced to the NA©83 and final coorditates provided in Florida East Zone State Plane system in units of U.S. Survey Feet. Task 4 — Boundary Survey Ball Fields Parcel • CEI will prepare a bosr,dary survey of the Ball Fields Parcel in accordance with the `Minimum Technical Standards" for surveying and mapping in the State of Ftarida as set forth by the Florida Board of Professional Surveyors and Mappers in Chapter 8iG17-6, Florida Administrative Code , pursuant to Section 472-427, Florida Statutes. Task 5 — Supplemental Surveying • CEI will locate above ground 7utiruties en the Fa7grounds and Ball Fields parcels.
