"Spoonbill Marsh Route Survey"
FOR
PROFESSIONAL SURVEYING SERVICES AGREEMENT
FOR ANNUAL SURVEYING AND MAPPING SERVICES CONTRACT NO : 0390
WITH
Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc.
This Work Order No. 20 is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated September 19th,
2006 between Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. (SURVEYOR) and Indian River County
(COUNTY). This Work Order No . 20 amends the agreement as follows:
SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS
Define and perform a Topographic Survey of the proposed Brine disposal line route through the
proposed Isles of Grand Harbor site for connection to the Spoonbill Marsh property lying in
Section 14, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, Indian River County, Florida.
SECTION II - SCOPE OF SERVICES
As agreed upon between Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. and Indian River County,
Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. will perform Professional Land Surveying services for the
completion and preparation of an updated topographic survey of the revised routing to include
the following :
a. Prepare legal description for the proposed easement parcel along the perimeter of the Grand
Harbor property.
b . Obtain elevations of the proposed route location in the revised areas as necessary. Elevations
shall be upon the National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929.
C . Integrate new topography with the existing route survey, MMRT Project No. 5710-02 and
prepare new drawing.
d. Upon completion, provide seven (7) signed and sealed copies of the specific purpose survey.
SECTION III — WORK PRODUCT
a) The SURVEYOR shall prepare its Work Product so that the COUNTY or other
consultants can readily use it for the design and analysis of the area, as defined. It shall
contain all information necessary for third-party surveyor to independently recreate
and/or utilize the survey work. It is acknowledged all final products become property of
Indian River County and will be available for use by the public at large.

SECTION IV — TIME FOR COMPLETION
Work Order No . 20 shall be completed within 30 business days from Notice to Proceed.
SECTION V — COMPENSATION
The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the SURVEYOR agrees to accept, a fee for services rendered
according to the "Scope of Services" identified in Section II of this Work Order No. 20, a Lump
Sum (not to exceed) fee of $ 7,000.00 .
The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth herein. All remaining sections of
the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect, and are incorporated herein .
