(772) 567-8000 LOR10P FAX: 772- 778-9391 WORK ORDER NO, 21 "Spoonbill Marsh Temporary Construction Easement" FOR PROFESSIONAL SURVEYING SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR ANNUAL SURVEYING AND MAPPING SERVICES CONTRACT NO : 0390 WITH Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. This Work Order No. 21 is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated September 19th, 2006 between Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. (SURVEYOR) and Indian River County (COUNTY). This Work Order No. 21 amends the agreement as follows: SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS Prepare a Sketch & Legal Description in support of a thirty foot wide temporary construction easement from the east right-of-way line of U. S . Highway No. 1 through the proposed Isles of Grand Harbor property to the west line of the Spoonbill Marsh property lying in Section 14, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, Indian River County, Florida. SECTION II - SCOPE OF SERVICES As agreed upon between Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. and Indian River County, Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. will perform Professional Land Surveying services to prepare a Sketch & Legal Description for a temporary construction easement from the east right- of-way line of U. S . Highway No. 1 through the proposed Isles of Grand Harbor property to the west line of the Spoonbill Marsh property as depicted on Sheet 5 of 21 of the engineering design drawing for the "Construction Access Road Plan" prepared by Masteller & Moler, Inc. a. Prepare a sketch and legal description for the aforementioned temporary construction easement. b. Upon completion, provide seven (7) signed and sealed copies of the sketch and legal description documents. SECTION III — WORK PRODUCT a) The SURVEYOR shall prepare its Work Product so that the COUNTY or other consultants can readily use it for the design and analysis of the area, as defined. It shall contain all information necessary for third-party surveyor to independently recreate and/or utilize the survey work. It is acknowledged all final products become property of Indian River County and will be available for use by the public at large . IP.ZT-Work Order No. 21 Spoonbill Marsh Temporary Construction Easement 9/4/2007 Page 2 of 2 SECTION IV - TIME FOR COMPLETION Work Order No. 21 shall be completed Within 30 business days from Notice to Proceed. SECTION V - COMPENSATION The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the SURVEYOR agrees to accept, a fee for services rendered according to the "Scope of Services" identified in Section II of this Work Order No. 21 , a Lump Sum (not to exceed) fee of $ 750. 00. The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth herein. All remaining sections of the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect, and are incorporated herein.
