FOR
PROFESSIONAL BRIDGE DESIGN SERVICES AGREEMENT
FOR ANNUAL BRIDGE DESIGN SERVICES CONTRACT
WITH
Bridge Design Associates , Inc.
Indian River County Project No. 0611 -B
This Work Order No. 3 is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated October 3 , 2006
between Bridge Design Associates , Inc. (ENGINEER) and Indian River County (COUNTY) .
This Work Order No . 3 amends the agreement as follows :
SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS
Bridge over North Relief Canal at 56d' Place north of 53rd Street
SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES
This Work Order No . 3 is for providing the design of a three-lane bridge, utilizing as many
pre-cast components as possible to minimize the disruption and inconvenience to the users .
The bridge will be located in the current location . Indian River County will provide a typical
section of the proposed road connections .
SECTION III - TIME FOR COMPLETION
60 Calendar days from notice to proceed .
SECTION IV — COMPENSATION
The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the ENGINEER agrees to accept, a fee for services
rendered according to the "Scope of Services " identified in Section II and III of this Work
Order No. 1 , a Lump Sum of $41 , 864 .00 .

The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth herein . All remaining sections
of the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect, and are incorporated herein .
