WORK ORDER NO. 3 ( Engineering/Surveying )
FOR
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
ANNUAL SURVEYING and MAPPING/GIS SERVICES
WITH
Carter Associates , Inc.
In accordance with Contract No . 0725
This Work Order No . 3 is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated November 6 ,
2007 between Carter Associates , Inc. (SURVEYOR) and Indian River County ( COUNTY). This
Work Order No. 3 amends the agreement as follows :
SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS
Proposed 90 foot Right-of-Way along the parcels under consideration ; being along the north
side of 26`h Street traveling approximately 114 of mile west of 82nd Avenue . Properties owned by
Robert H . Cook and Stephen M . Bailey.
SECTION II - SCOPE OF SERVICES
As agreed upon between Carter Associates , Inc. and Indian River County, the SURVEYOR
shall provide Professional Land Surveying Services to complete all tasks as outlined in this
Work Order No . 3 described as follows :
This Work Order No. 3 is for the SURVEYOR to review title search documents (prepared and
furnished by Indian River County)
Prepare three (3) individual right-of-way sketches and descriptions for portions of 26`h Street to
be acquired by Indian River County for roadway improvements .
Stake proposed right-of-way acquisition for client/property owner's field inspection
SECTION III — TIME FOR COMPLETION 8r DELIVERABLES/WORK PRODUCT
1 . Project shall be completed within thirty ( 30) business days from Notice to Proceed .
2 . Deliverables to include electronic copies in AutoCAD 2007 and PDF formats , five (5)
signed and sealed 8- 1 /2" x 11 " recordable hard copies

COST OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES:
Indian River County hereby agrees to pay $2.300 .00 for the above-stated professional services within 30
days of the date of the invoice, in addition to interest of 1 .5% per month ( 18% per year) on any balance unpaid after
30 days and any costs of collection including, but not limited to , lien costs, court costs or attorneys' fees involved in or
arising out of the collection of any unpaid or past due balances.

SECTION IV — COMPENSATION
The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the SURVEYOR agrees to accept, for services rendered as
identified in Sections I , II , and III of this Work Order No . 3 a lump sum fee of $2 , 300 . 00.
The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth herein . All remaining sections of
the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect, and are incorporated herein .
IN ITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed these presents this �� day
